How to use (please contact us if you have any questions)

1. Set the camera for still photo shooting (after pairing the remote with your camera please remember to set the drive mode of the camera to "remote control")

2. Set the camera for video shooting

>> set the camera for movie shooting and set [remote control] to [Enable] from the menu screen of the camera.

>> set the shutter release timing /movie shooting switch on the BR-E1A to the [movie shooting] position.

1. AF autofocus

activates autofocus even during video shooting

2. Zooming Remote Control

"W" to zooming out

"T" to zooming in

Only G7X3 G5X2 and SX70HS support remote zoom; other cameras need to be compatible with EF-S 18-135IS NANO USM lens and used with PZ-E1 power zoom adapter to achieve remote zoom


 


 


 

Remotely Waking Up the Camera

If the camera run into sleep mode, wake it up remotely with a single press and trigger the camera with a second press on the remote control

Bulb shooting

Long Exposure

With the camera set to B(Bulb) mode, press the remote control to open the shutter and start exposure, press the remote again to end the exposure


 


 


 



 

Q1: Why does it not work even after i have paired the remote control with the camera?

A1:Please remember to set the camera's drive mode to remote control after the pairing is complete, any problem please feel free to contact our customer service.

Q2: Does it allow for continuous shooting?

  A2:This remote control does not allow for continuous shooting, thanks.

Q3: My remote control can be used to take pictures but not videos, why?

  A3:First, please set the camera for movie shooting and set [remote control] to [Enable] from the menu screen of the camera. Second, set the shutter release timing /movie shooting switch on the BR-E1A to the [movie shooting] position. thanks.
